Email Address vs. User Name

Your user name could be one of two things:

  • If your email address has your name it (ie [email protected]), then your user name is your email address.
  • Or, If your email address does *not* have your name in it (ie [email protected]), then your user name is most likely [firstinitial][lastname]@xyzcorp.com. For example, if you were Joe Smith working at a management firm whose corporate email domain was @xyzcorp.com, then your user name is most likely [email protected].

Unfortunately, you'll need to contact your company administrator for Courtesy Connection or email [email protected]. In the future, if you want to be able to reset your password yourself, then please add and verify your mobile phone number once you've regained access to your account.
