When does Courtesy Connection process property calls?
Courtesy Connection sits behind the property phone system 24x7. Any time a call is missed on-site (whether it's during business hours or after business hours), it forwards to a number provisioned by Courtesy Connection which hosts the property's answering service phone tree.
How many property management firms does Courtesy Connection work with?
As of July 2024, we do business with ~100 property management firms and ~1,900 apartment communities.
Can I call a resident without exposing my personal cell phone number?
Absolutely! If you ever call back a resident through Courtesy Connection, then they'll see the property phone number as the calling phone number, not your cell phone number.
Is Courtesy Connection a call center?
No, Courtesy Connection is not a call center. We provide a customizable missed call phone tree which can route calls to a voicemail, real-time to *your* on-call staff, or to a recorded message. To be clear, Courtesy Connection does not provide staff to answer calls on a community's behalf.
Does Courtesy Connection integrate with my property management system?
We have the ability to import resident contact information (names, phone numbers, and unit numbers) from most property management systems, and we have a bidirectional integration with Entrata specifically.
